RMT Beep

The RMT Beep is a great low cost O gauge engine that is compatible with most American type toy trains it features duel can motors, electronic reverse unit, front and rear directional headlights, operating metal knuckle couplers, cab windows, metal hand rails and drop step, detailed metal chassis with multi-wheel electrical pickup and realistic paint schemes and lettering.

At only 9.5 inches long this baby-sized GEEP Diesel will fit in any O and O-27 3-Rail toy train collection.

When mine arrived I placed it on the track and it traveled off smoothly at a nice steady speed. Pulling 6 postwar Lionel wagons with no struggle at all. With a can motor on each axle this engine should give years of reliable service. The lettering on the engine is all crisp and it has a decent weight to it.

Inside the engine it is all nicely laid out with the electronic circuit board neatly laid out. For only US$49.95 you to can own this excellent engine I'm thinking of getting one more in a different colour scheme.

If your going to buy any engine this year you could go for a Lionel with RailSounds and TMCC or a MTH with Protosounds and DCS but this Beep even though it doesn't have these features is definitely worth getting for your layout and at less the US$50 you might even want two.
