Operation Red Dawn "Got Saddam" Operating Car
Here is the real story behind “Operation Red Dawn” and the capture of former-Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein. As Saddam tried to escape on horseback, our white-hatted leader followed close behind, ready to lasso the enemy. He is sure to capture him coming out of his hole, just around the next bend.
This wagon is excellently made it always provides a smile to anyone who sees it. I can't wait to take this to a club meeting or a train show just to see the look on peoples faces.
The wagon features Saddam being chased by bush the drive to move them is geared up from one of the axles. The gearing on this is a little slow and you have to get the train moving really fast to get them moving fast. Also the characters hang out over the side heaps and I had to go around and move a few items on my layout to make it go around which while not a problem is worth considering if you're going to buy one.
This is a excellent novelty and is defiantly a must have for your collection.
