I hope this helps with choosing a control system please if you're in a country using 50Hz mains system DO NOT buy Lionels TMCC system while it looks to be a good system it doesn't work 100% correctly on 50Hz.
While I have not used MTH DCS system yet I have a friend who gave me the information on it.
