Plasticville Two Story House

The Plasticville two story house (item 45622) was first introduced in 1954 so its great to go with your 1950's Lionel set. The house is easy to assemble and 'requires no glue' I glued mine together as the building tended to fall apart when I bumped the baseboard. The house arrived with nicely detailed instructions and there was no flash on the parts (surprising on a kit this old). The house while not detailed to current standards has a reasonable amount of detail and would make and excellent base for a kitbashing project. I did notice that the back window frames are in green not the white so is you don't paint the building you can't have the back visible.
